Terms of Usage
By using the Chamber Auction Web site, you are agreeing to the following terms:
- Bidder must be 18 years of age.
- Bidder must be a U.S. citizen.
- Information submitted must be accurate.
Once a bid has been accepted, the bidder is liable for payment of the item in a timely manner.
If payment is not received one week from the date of invoice, the Chamber reserves the right to void your bid without notice and award the bid to the next highest bidder.

The bidding system is designed to allow only the minimum bid. The minimum bid is 25% of the value of the item. Each bid is date and time stamped. If you feel there has been a bidding error on an item , contact the Chamber. The Chamber then will review the bidding on that item to see who made the highest bid at the earliest time.
Security
We treat data as an asset that must be protected. We use lots of tools (passwords, etc.) to protect your personal information against unauthorized access and disclosure. We follow all regulations and security measures concerning a safe Web site.
